25% of the first-year revenue from any customer attributed to you, at the list price they were charged on. Today that is $12.50 on a $49.99 annual plan and $30.00 on a $119.99 lifetime purchase.

First year only. Renewals in later years are not commissionable. We say this plainly because we cannot yet forecast renewal rates and will not promise a share of something we cannot measure.

Nothing is owed on free trials, promo-code redemptions that never convert, refunds, or chargebacks. If a commissioned purchase is refunded within 60 days, the commission is reversed.

You receive a promo code and a tracked link. The code is primary: it works in the iOS app and on the web and records who came from you wherever they sign up. The link records attribution on the web only.

Attribution is first-touch. If a customer used your code or arrived via your link before signing up, they are yours. If they were already a customer, they are not.

We will share your numbers — attributed signups, conversions, and commission due — on request and at each payout.

Quarterly, within 30 days of quarter end, for commissions earned in that quarter, by PayPal or bank transfer. Minimum payout $25; smaller balances roll forward.

US partners: before the first payout we will ask for a completed Form W-9. If we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year we will issue a Form 1099-NEC. Partners outside the US will be asked for a W-8BEN.

Disclose the relationship. Wherever you share your code or link, say that you earn a commission. The FTC requires it and so do we.

Do not make claims about the app or about tax outcomes that we do not make ourselves. STR Tracker is a record-keeping tool; it does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and neither should any promotion of it.

No paid search on our brand name, no spam, no incentivised or fake reviews. Any of these ends the arrangement and forfeits unpaid commission.

We do not pay commissions to CPAs, EAs, or other tax professionals for recommending the app to their own clients, because professional-conduct rules restrict that and require disclosure to the client where it is permitted at all. Tax professionals receive free client codes instead, with no commission and no strings.

Either side can end this at any time with notice by email. Commission earned before the end date is still paid on the normal schedule.

We may change these terms with 30 days notice by email; changes are not retroactive.
